Lancashire (near Blackpool & Preston) The CRO Lead Opportunity Weβre excited to announce a newly created opportunity to join a dynamic E-Commerce team for this award-winning multi-channel retailer. Main Responsibilities Implement an ever-evolving CRO workstream to deliver an increased conversion across the websites. Conduct analysis into user behaviour and communicate insights to the wider business. Use analysis such as user recordings, heatmaps, and funnel visualisation to identify behaviour trends and test new ideas with the Design team. Use CRO metrics alongside business knowledge to prioritise insights in the testing schedule. Co-ordinate a test and learn cycle, constructing a robust design and implementation plan using internal software. Produce quarterly reports on ROI for CRO channel. The Candidate The right candidate will have a passion for data, digital user experience, and a drive to thrive in the fast-paced world of E-Commerce.
