We're recruiting a sharp, commercially minded Customer Service & Operations Executive to join an established business working with some of the UK's most recognised fashion and retail names.
We're looking for someone who understands the fastpaced world of fashion wholesale, retail operations and order management.
THE ROLE
You'll be at the heart of the operation, connecting customers, suppliers, warehouses and internal teams
to make things happen.
Own the customer order journey, from order entry through to delivery.
Manage sales orders, confirmations, stock allocations and invoicing.
Coordinate with logistics teams, warehouses and overseas factories.
Keep ERP systems, customer portals and order books accurate and up to date.
Monitor shipments, manage delivery schedules and resolve issues before they escalate.
Build strong relationships with major retail customers.
Support the wider Sales and Operations teams to keep everything running smoothly.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Ideally 2-3 years' experience in customer operations, sales order processing or wholesale administration.
Experience working with fashion, apparel, sportswear or major retail accounts would be a big advantage.
Confident using Excel, ERP systems and customer portals.
