We are recruiting for a fast-growing, multi-brand ecommerce group behind established, design-led consumer brands sold across Europe. As they scale, CRM is becoming one of our most critical growth channels and they are investing properly in it.
Urgently looking for a CRM Specialist to take hands-on, end-to-end ownership of the email and lifecycle channel.
What you'll do:
- Own the full CRM campaign lifecycle via Klaviyo (build, QA, send, optimise)
- Manage the CRM calendar around launches, trading moments and peak periods
- Build and optimise lifecycle automations (welcome, post-purchase, abandonment, win-back)
- Develop smart segmentation and personalised content across European markets
- Run A/B tests and turn performance data into clear, actionable insight
- Work closely with Ecommerce, Merchandising and Brand teams
What we're looking for:
- 3-4 years experience in CRM / email / lifecycle marketing
- CRM background in ecommerce or retail
- Hands-on Klaviyo experience
- Strong grasp of segmentation, testing and deliverability
- Confident with Excel / Sheets and performance reporting
- Commercially minded, detail-driven and customer-first
- Comfortable in fast-paced, scaling environments
