Reebok Europe is looking for a commercially driven Product Line Manager to lead SMUs - Special Make-Ups across apparel and footwear. This is a high-impact role for someone who can turn account opportunities, consumer insight, and brand direction into product that sells. You’ll own the SMU process end to end — from spotting opportunities and writing product briefs through to development, sell-in, launch, and performance analysis. Working across merchandising, sales, marketing, product creation, and global design, you’ll build account-specific ranges that deliver commercially and strengthen key retail partnerships.

What you’ll own:

  • Seasonal SMU strategy across footwear and apparel.
  • Account-specific product ranges for key partners and markets.
  • Product briefs covering consumer, pricing, margin, volume, and timelines.
  • Critical path management from concept to launch.
  • Sell-in support, product storytelling, and account presentations.

What you’ll bring:

You’ll likely have 7–10+ years’ experience in product management, merchandising, category management, line planning, or product development within sportswear, footwear, apparel, fashion, lifestyle, or wholesale retail. You’ll understand wholesale, key accounts, product creation, pricing, margin, sell-in, PLM tools, and seasonal range planning. Just as importantly, you’ll combine strong commercial judgement with a sharp eye for product.
