WE’RE NOT LOOKING FOR CORPORATE. WE’RE LOOKING FOR CULTURE DRIVERS.
We are recruiting on behalf of Reebok Europe. Reebok is building something bigger across Europe’s biggest online marketplaces — and they need a sharp, commercially obsessed Online Marketplace Planner and Buyer ready to move fast, think smart, and make impact from day one. This isn’t a “sit back and manage spreadsheets” role. This is trading instinct + marketplace strategy + street-level hustle.
You’ll shape assortments, drive inventory decisions, own trading performance, and help scale Reebok across platforms like Zalando, ASOS, About You and more. You’ll work across buying, planning, inventory optimisation, sell-through analysis, catalogue management, and marketplace growth strategy — with real ownership and zero autopilot.
THE FIT: WE WANT SOMEONE WHO:
- 5+ years in buying / planning / marketplace ops
- Fashion, footwear or sports background preferred
- Advanced Excel + forecasting skills
- Strong grasp of sell-through, stock coverage & trading KPIs
- Proactive energy. Team-first mindset. Commercial edge.
Reebok has always existed where sport meets culture. Now we’re helping them build the next chapter. If you’re ready to help shape it — Please apply with your CV or let’s talk.
