What You’ll Be Doing

  • Trend research and seasonal concepting—themes, colours, fabrics, silhouettes.
  • Creating original design sketches, technical drawings and beautifully detailed spec packs.
  • Building moodboards, trend boards and colour stories.
  • Supporting seasonal range development alongside the Senior Designer.
  • Maintaining meticulous design records across styles, fabrications, trims and prints.

What You Bring

  • 1–2 years’ experience in fashion, sportswear, performance or outdoor apparel design.
  • Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and MS Office.
  • A sharp eye for detail, colour and construction, plus understanding of pattern cutting.
  • Ability to take concepts from research → development → technical diagrams.
  • A genuine love for fashion, culture, music, art and streetwear.
