What You’ll Be Doing
- Trend research and seasonal concepting—themes, colours, fabrics, silhouettes.
- Creating original design sketches, technical drawings and beautifully detailed spec packs.
- Building moodboards, trend boards and colour stories.
- Supporting seasonal range development alongside the Senior Designer.
- Maintaining meticulous design records across styles, fabrications, trims and prints.
What You Bring
- 1–2 years’ experience in fashion, sportswear, performance or outdoor apparel design.
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and MS Office.
- A sharp eye for detail, colour and construction, plus understanding of pattern cutting.
- Ability to take concepts from research → development → technical diagrams.
- A genuine love for fashion, culture, music, art and streetwear.
