We’re hiring a Product Technologist for a fast-growth jewellery, watches and gifting brand creating personalised, design-led products customers love. This role is all about protecting product integrity — making sure every piece is safe, compliant, high quality and launch-ready across UK, EU, US and international markets. You’ll own the technical detail behind the range: product testing, lab reports, supplier documentation, technical files, risk assessments, quality issues and compliance requirements across jewellery, watches, accessories, gifting and packaging. You’ll be doing Managing product testing from development to launch Reviewing lab reports, declarations and compliance records Working with suppliers, manufacturers and testing labs Investigating quality issues and customer feedback trends Supporting packaging, sustainability and environmental compliance Embedding quality earlier in the product lifecycle You’ll need Experience in Product Technology, QA, Compliance or Technical Background in jewellery, watches, accessories, gifting or consumer products Strong knowledge of product safety, testing and compliance Confidence working with suppliers and third-party labs Sharp attention to detail and strong stakeholder management Knowledge of REACH, GPSR, CPSIA, Prop 65, packaging compliance, EPR, WEEE or batteries would be a strong plus.
