We are looking for a Beauty Merchandising Co-ordinator to join a fast-moving retail merchandising team launching an exciting beauty brand into one of the UK’s biggest high street retailers. This is not your average merchandising role. You’ll be the go-to expert across stores, coaching teams, keeping beauty stands flawless, and making sure shelves stay stocked because these products fly out fast.

The role:

  • Covering Manchester, Liverpool & Leeds
  • Field-based with travel across your region (and occasionally UK-wide launches)
  • Full-time | 37.5 hours | 5 days out of 7
  • Early shifts: 6:00am - 2:30pm

What you’ll be doing:

  • Keeping beauty displays looking flawless and launch-ready
  • Training and coaching in-store merchandisers
  • Making sure stores hit merchandising standards and compliance targets
  • Driving sales through strong stock management and stand maintenance
  • Spotting problems before they become problems
  • Building brilliant relationships with store teams and clients
  • Providing detailed feedback and store photography

What we’re looking for:

  • Love retail, beauty or merchandising?
  • Have experience coaching or training others?
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments?
  • Take pride in immaculate standards?
  • Are organised, proactive and target-driven?
  • Can confidently work independently?
  • Don’t mind early starts and travel?
  • Have a full UK driving licence and access to a car?

If your idea of satisfaction is a fully stocked beauty stand and a perfectly executed planogram, we want to hear from you.
