An exciting, fast-growing multichannel retailer is looking for an Allocator to join their merchandising team.
In this role, you will be at the heart of the business, ensuring SKUs are raised accurately and maintained, while effectively allocating stock to stores. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your retail skills, as you will work closely with senior stakeholders and be involved in key merchandising decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help develop and implement the allocation strategy to maximize sales potential across all channels
- Manage and action new line and replenishment allocations to ensure smooth stock flow
- Ensure appropriate stock levels are allocated to each channel to achieve optimal sales
- Analyse sales performance to support trading decisions and inform stock distribution
- Assist the branch merchandising team in opening and supporting new store launches
Requirements:
- Ideally office-based allocation experience or a relevant degree
- Strong Excel skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident in building internal and external relationships
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
