6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Our client is a small business enterprise who are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to work part-time in their office. This can be 2 or 3 days a week based role depending on candidate experience and requirements.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Payroll duties weekly and monthly.
  • Processing P45 for leavers, new starters and year end accounting.
  • Sales ledger, purchase ledger, credit control, bank reconciliation and processing contractors invoices.
  • P32 payments, Pension payments, Intermediaries report, submissions to HMRC quarterly for limited and umbrella companies.
  • VAT returns, reconciled VAT quarterly and arranging payments to HMRC.
  • Other ad hoc duties.
