As Accountants Assistant, you will be involved in bookkeeping and assist in producing up to Trial Balance. Process Purchase and bought ledger invoices, printing invoices and credit notes. Posting, inputting and analysis on Invoices on SAGE including coding to Trial Balance. Other duties as Accounts Assistant will involve checking bank statements and VAT amounts charged. Overall, in the role of Accounts Assistant, you will maintain Accounts Payable ledgers, spreadsheets and reports, as well as invoices tie up with purchase orders. The right candidate should have around 2 to 3 years-experience of book keeping. Must be proficient in SAGE, advanced knowledge in Excel spreadsheets and part qualified in ACCA or IAB or ACA or CIMA.
