We’re hiring an experienced Sales Manager to join a leading global fashion business on a 9-month fixed-term contract. This is a high-impact role for a commercially driven sales professional with strong UK and European market experience, ideally gained within luxury contemporary, branded fashion, or lifestyle apparel.
You’ll lead sales strategy across key channels, manage important buyer, distributor, and partner relationships, and work closely with Design, Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, and Operations to drive seasonal performance and long-term brand growth.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ fashion sales management experience
- Strong UK and European market knowledge
- Proven success driving sales, margin, and account growth
- Excellent negotiation, forecasting, reporting, and analytical skills
- Confident leadership style with the ability to influence cross-functionally
- A commercial eye for product, pricing, trends, and market opportunity
