Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily sales‑floor operations in a professional and organised manner to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of sales goals.
- Guide and support the sales team, monitor customer interactions, resolve issues, and maintain high service standards.
- Ensure accurate cash‑handling procedures such as register operations, deposits, change requirements, and reporting any overages or shortages.
- Keep the sales floor clean, well‑presented, and fully stocked by coordinating housekeeping tasks like straightening, sweeping, mopping, and dusting as needed.
- Uphold store safety policies and maintain confidentiality in all financial and operational matters.
