About the Role

The Junior Project Manager will support the delivery of bespoke office spaces from concept through to completion. Working closely with Senior Project Managers, suppliers, and clients, you will coordinate projects, manage suppliers, maintain schedules, and ensure the highest quality standards are achieved.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage multiple suppliers to meet project timelines.
  • Produce clear and engaging weekly client updates.
  • Maintain project schedules and track all budget changes accurately.
  • Support site inspections and manage snagging lists to ensure quality standards before handover.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external contractors for smooth project delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and value engineering in collaboration with Senior Project Managers.
  • Take ownership of smaller projects, managing delivery from mobilisation through to completion.
  • Support the overall project lifecycle, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations are met.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year’s experience within construction, project coordination, or a similar environment.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple suppliers, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and proactive approach.
  • Strong desire to learn and develop within project management.
  • Hands‑on, solution‑focused mindset with excellent attention to detail.
