Success Recruit is currently working with a market‑leading and established business based in Central Essex that is expanding and recruiting a Grants & Operations Administrator to join their growing team.

Role Summary

The successful Grants Administrator will provide high standards of customer care both face‑to‑face and high‑level administrative support to the grants function, helping to deliver efficient and effective grant making for the foundation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor day‑to‑day contact and enquiries with grant applicants, providing efficient and effective administrative support.
  • Maintain the CRM system (Salesforce), generate relevant reports and provide data when requested.
  • Provide an excellent service and experience for all visitors to the offices, book meeting rooms and support refreshments.
  • Assist with the grant application and award process, including preparation of emails, information and reports.
  • Support visitors and respond to enquiries via telephone, e‑mail, post and other communication channels.
  • Ensure all reports are received on time, reviewed, and written up in Salesforce.
  • Assist with meetings and events as required, some of which may occur outside regular office hours.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage confidently at all levels.
  • Collaborative approach across departments and ability to build face‑to‑face relationships.
  • Experience maintaining accurate CRM data.
  • IT literate with knowledge of applications including Office 365.

Working Hours & Salary
