Success Recruit are currently working with an innovative and fast-growing workspace design and delivery company based in London, specialising in creating high-end, bespoke office environments. The Company is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to join their dynamic and fast-paced team. The successful candidate will lead a team in delivering high-quality maintenance services across multiple sites in and around London. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives both on the tools and in coordinating teams- setting the standard for performance, efficiency and delivery.
The successful Mobile Maintenance Supervisor expectations:
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Maintenance Engineer (hands-on) / facilities management
- Proven experience leading or supervising a mobile/field-based team
- Strong working knowledge of CMMS and scheduling systems
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
- A proactive, “lead from the front” mindset with high personal standards
