OverviewSuccess Recruit is currently working with a well-established land and property company that is seeking to appoint a Branch Administrator to join its experienced team, based at their Hampshire offices.
The successful Branch Administrator will demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a natural ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally. Working within a supportive team environment, you will play a key role in providing highâlevel administrative support to a team of appraisers.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Demonstrate 1â2 years of administration experience within a professional environment.
Show good written and verbal communication skills.
Work in a team, qualityâdriven environment striving towards a common goal.
Hold a valid full UK driving licence.
Answer incoming enquiries and transfer via telephone and email.
Assist with online registrations and payments.
Manage auction appraisers\â diaries and arrange property viewings.
Create and maintain accurate information on the auction management system.
Support accepting bids for properties and liaison with buyers.
Support marketing of property listings.
Prepare auction paperwork for signature on behalf of the negotiators.
Assist the management team with adâhoc administration projects.
Oversee the office daily, ensuring compliance is managed and facilities issues are addressed immediately.

Work Hours and CompensationHours: Monday â Friday, 9:00am â 5:30pm â no weekend work required.
