My client is looking for three trainee telesales consultants to train as brokers that are experienced in conducting business on the telephone. You may have had your telesales experience from any sector. Any sales experience is considered especially experience door to door or fundraising.

As a brokerage, investors are ‘closed’ via the telephone. Investment is a very fast moving competitive telephone selling industry paying very high commissions and with a basic salary from the starts as a Trainee Telesales Broker. It suits those looking to work very hard and save a capital sum. The highest performers in the company go on to earn five figures per month. Commission is 5-15% of every deal with typical investments ranging from £5-£50,000 but many significantly higher than this. You should make 10 trades a month as a target. Making one more call to close the next deal is what it is all about.

We are looking to extend our team of elite trainee telesales consultants for what is probably the most liveliest, dynamic, fast paced, highest earning, and exciting work environment in the central London area.
Applicants must be proactive, confident, assertive, enthusiastic, determined, persuasive, positive and financially motivated. We need several trainee telesales consultants for our fast growing business. We will train you on investments generally and on green alternative investments but you must bring experience and/or the skills of conducting business and closing deals on the telephone with you.
To succeed as a Trainee Telesales Consultant you will have crystal clear English, spoken in a fast paced upbeat way. In the job make no mistake you will be making call after call after call to people looking to make substantial investments. They want to be impressed, excited, and enthused by a professional.
Trainee Telesales Consultant candidates should first send me their CV. If successful I will ask you to attend a Group Assessment Day at the Sofitel in Gatwick airport. The job itself is based in Canary Wharf offices. The company bears all costs of the event. You will have presentations on the company, go through role plays and meet the senior directors. This will give you a thorough idea of what working for the company will be like. Offer decisions will be made on the day. You can start immediately. We only recruit for our new team on this day.
