An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced and potential telesales closers, seeking very high income, to work as part of the Investment Sales team in an established and growing business based in London Bridge. The company is a high-performance sales organisation looking to achieve their next level of growth by recruiting motivated telesales people.

Successful candidates will go through a structured and comprehensive training programme designed to provide all necessary knowledge for success. We are looking for strong, confident individuals who can start immediately or as soon as possible. Above all, you must be focused and determined to earn a six-figure income through commission.
Job Description:
- You will be selling, opening and closing deals over the telephone with pre-qualified and active investors.
- You will develop rapport with customers and close deals effectively.
- The environment is fast-paced, dynamic, and competitive.
- You will be part of an established sales floor with over 30 telesales operatives.
- You will receive 10% of every deal you close and have a reload income should they rebuy in the future.
- You will have the opportunity to fast-track your income by becoming a Senior TeleSales operative within your first 3 months.
On Target Earnings will be a minimum of:
- 1st Month: £1,500
- 2nd Month: £2,000
- 3rd Month: £2,500
- Quarter 2: At least £3,000 per month
There is a basic salary of £1,000 per month and a minimum £500 per month commission from month 1, reviewed after 3 months. The company is lively, positive, energetic, and an exciting place to work, but also extremely competitive.
Each day will start with a motivational and training session to prepare you for success in closing deals. We are looking for disciplined, money-motivated, ambitious individuals. Applicants may have sales or customer service experience or possess a natural sales ability with a positive learning attitude.
We are recruiting multiple positions and running an interview process at the Sofitel Hotel Gatwick Airport on a Saturday shortly. The Manager will be present, and offers will be made on the day for immediate start if required.
