An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced sales professionals to be trained by an established and growing Investment Brokerage based in Canary Wharf London. The company markets investments between typically £1,000 to £150,000, which is quite lucrative and also has many benefits over shares, property and other investments.
The company operates with the highest of professional standards, providing professional training and an external personal coach who is experienced in coaching new brokers into six figures of income fast. We are looking for ambitious individuals to train and develop within three months to be closer to their own deals. As a Closer, you can earn well into six figures, with potential earnings of five figures on single deals.
Due to increasing demand, we are looking to bring on board a new team of experienced salespeople to train and develop into brokers within a three-month time frame. The first three months will involve thorough training (on salary and commission). After this period, you will be reviewed and expected to become a Closer with your own team to provide you with warm leads. There will be bonuses, incentives, and career choices available.
You will need to show self-discipline regarding timekeeping, work, and maintaining a positive attitude. The role involves hard work on the telephone day to day, starting with scripts and developing your own professional style. You must enjoy talking to people and have the ability to communicate clearly, as you may face rejection initially.
Investment selling spans many products, including stocks, shares, commodities, property, and a range of alternatives. You must be prepared to learn about all investment vehicles, as investors will consider all options. This company places a high emphasis on training in all aspects of business.
Sales experience is essential to be fast-tracked for this role, as successful candidates will go through a structured and comprehensive training programme designed to equip you with the necessary knowledge. We are looking for individuals who can start immediately, as there is a training programme scheduled for immediate start after the recruitment day.
Job Description: Following training on business, personal development, investment, and selling, you will sell to pre-qualified and already active investors every day to introduce and market the investment products that the company offers. You will consult on the best approach these investors should take when it comes to investing their money. You will be part of an established trading floor with teams of junior and senior level brokers.
You will have the opportunity to fast-track your career by becoming a Closer after your first three months. In addition to your basic salary, depending on your experience, On Target Earnings will be at least: 1st Month £2,500+, 2nd Month £3,500+, 3rd Month £5,000+. Focus on getting to Closer and earning top money as soon as possible. Most experienced brokers in the company earn upwards of £10,000 per month.
