The Opportunity

We're seeking a hands‑on Head of Product Growth to own and scale our product‑led acquisition engine. You'll lead the strategy and execution of referral programs, viral growth loops, sharing mechanisms, and other organic growth initiatives that drive meaningful customer acquisition. Working directly with executive leadership, you'll partner with engineers and designers to rapidly test, launch, and optimize growth experiments while building the analytics and systems needed to scale.

What You'll Do

  • Own the Product Growth function end‑to‑end
  • Build and optimize referral programs, invite loops, and viral growth mechanics
  • Drive rapid experimentation alongside engineering and design teams
  • Develop analytics frameworks to measure growth performance and customer behavior
  • Partner closely with leadership to align growth initiatives with company objectives

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Growth, Growth Product Management, Referrals, Virality, or Consumer Products
  • Proven experience personally building and scaling referral programs or viral growth loops
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior, network effects, and product‑led growth
  • Comfortable working closely with engineering teams and shipping product experiments
  • Data‑driven with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Thrives in fast‑paced, high‑ownership environments

Ideal Background

  • Experience at high‑growth consumer technology companies, marketplaces, social platforms, fintech, gaming, creator economy, community‑driven, or subscription businesses is highly preferred.
  • Founder experience building a successful viral consumer product is a strong plus.
