A leading, Legal 500-ranked law firm is expanding its Guildford office and actively hiring for three high-impact Associate/Senior Associate positions across Construction & Engineering, Employment, and Commercial Real Estate. ⭐ Current Openings:

1. Associate / Senior Associate – Construction & Engineering

• Work on both contentious and non-contentious matters (or specialise in one).
• Advise clients on contract drafting (JCT, NEC, bespoke forms), adjudications, disputes (TCC), delays, payment issues, and distressed projects.
• Clients include employers, contractors, sub-contractors, and construction professionals.
• Join a Band 1-ranked team handling high-value projects across sectors such as logistics, education, and manufacturing.

Salary: £65K–£78.5K (DOE) + bonuses + benefits.

2. Senior Associate – Employment (within Employment, Pensions & Immigration Team)

• Focus on both contentious and advisory work for employer clients, including household names and large corporates.
• Lead matters involving employment litigation, M&A support, senior exits, TUPE, tribunal claims, and regulatory issues.
• Take a visible role in client development, mentoring, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Salary: £78.5K + profit share + bonuses + benefits.

PQE Requirement: 5+ years (flexible based on experience).

3. Associate – Commercial Real Estate

• Handle a variety of commercial property transactions including development, investment, leasing, real estate finance, and corporate occupier work.
• Act for a diverse client base (property companies, REITs, funds, PLCs).
• Be part of a dynamic team that forms part of a wider real estate practice including construction and dispute resolution.

Salary: £68K–£72.5K + bonuses + benefits.

PQE Requirement: 2–4 years (guide).
