The Opportunity
Our client is seeking an experienced Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a highly regarded and CQS‐accredited conveyancing team based in Sheffield. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment known for delivering exceptional client service.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in residential conveyancing, particularly new build transactions, and the ability to manage matters from instruction to completion with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload including sales, purchases, leaseholds, remortgages, and new build properties.
- Ensure smooth end‐to‐end management of client matters through proactive communication and strong attention to detail.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, estate agents, and lenders.
- Oversee compliance with all legal, regulatory, and firm policies.
- Supervise and mentor junior colleagues where appropriate.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance client experience and team efficiency.
Ideal Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive.
- Proven experience handling a full residential conveyancing caseload, ideally including new build transactions.
- Excellent technical knowledge and ability to handle complex matters with confidence.
- Strong communication, organisation, and time management skills.
