About the Role

A leading global mobility and immigration practice is seeking an experienced EMEA Immigration Manager . This senior-level role offers the opportunity to lead complex immigration casework and advise multinational clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa — all while working fully remotely within the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end immigration casework across EMEA jurisdictions.
  • Provide clear, practical advice to multinational clients on laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Partner with external counsel and vendors to deliver compliant, commercially relevant solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders on complex client accounts.
  • Manage large-scale immigration programs and projects from planning to execution.
  • Draft client alerts, policy updates, and thought leadership pieces on immigration developments.
  • Conduct research on visa and compliance requirements across EMEA countries.
  • Deliver training sessions, webinars, and client presentations.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of immigration experience in the EMEA region (or experience managing multi-jurisdictional casework).
  • Proven track record in a law firm, consultancy, or corporate mobility/relocation environment.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging at senior levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience).
