Responsibilities
- Coordinate with with factory, Warehouse and customers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and delays under tight deadlines.
- Familiar with customs and port regulations across regions
- Familiar with insurance claims
- Familiar with COO, LC and other export documents for shipments
- Familiar with SAP and Export Control
- Preparation of logistics reports, KPIs, and operational updates for management review.

Requirements
- Possess minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant working experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong knowledge of shipping documentation, warehouse operations, and transportation management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (MM, SD, or Logistics modules preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both internal teams and external service providers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
