Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and executesocial media marketingacross:
- TikTok
- Email marketing (EDM)
- Develop and schedule content / campaigns to promote corporate gifting services and new products
- Support B2B branding initiatives across online touchpoints
- Track and analyse marketing performance (engagement, conversion, lead quality)
- Manage inbound leads from marketing channels
- Call and arrange appointments with potential clients
- Work with sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
General
- Assist with product marketing activities
- Support small ad-hoc projects & campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams on marketing materials
