The post holder will coordinate and drive school improvement activity across the trust, working with Trust Leaders and outreach schools. Under the direction of the Trust School Improvement Partners, the role will secure high quality teaching, curriculum implementation and measurable improvements in student outcomes. The post is pivotal in translating each school’s vision and values into classroom practice and whole school strategy, ensuring all students benefit from a rigorous, inclusive and ambitious education.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic planning, school self‑evaluation and targeted school improvement interventions.
- Model and develop excellent pedagogy and coaching for colleagues.
- Be flexible to work across multiple settings within the Trust and outreach schools to share expertise, support improvement and build capacity.
Qualifications and experience
The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status, successful teaching experience including in middle‑management positions or a successful fast‑track progression route with evidence of relevant continuing professional development.
