We are looking for a dynamic and community-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will advise elderly customers on a range of technical products and services, including laptops, desktops, CCTV systems, and personal alarms. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining customer relationships, and executing marketing campaigns, all while delivering a trusted and approachable service in the Scottish Borders region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide product advice and sales support to elderly customers in the community.
  • Receive and process customer orders for laptops, desktops, CCTV, and personal alarms.
  • Drive sales to achieve the company’s recurring growth targets.
  • Build and maintain trust with the elderly community through effective communication and trust-transfer strategies.
  • Assist in the execution of targeted marketing campaigns based on customer needs.
  • Run the sales outlet help desk, handle product/service complaints, and maintain accurate records.
  • Promote and manage sales campaigns across the Scottish Borders for computers, laptops, CCTV systems, and personal alarms.
  • Maintain customer records and manage both personal and corporate client accounts using a CRM system.
  • Report directly to the New Business Manager and Corporate Client Account Manager.
