Our core provision package offers 6 hours of online live lessons per week, access to an extensive resource library, progress reports, and personalised support.
Our teachers must have a minimum of 2 years of classroom experience, are fully DBS-checked, and trained in safeguarding practices. We are proud to be a carbon-neutral company, taking steps to offset our carbon footprint by planting trees in cities while delivering exceptional education.
This is a part-time, remote role for an Online Homeschooling Science Teacher specialising in KS3 and KS4. The teacher will plan and deliver engaging and interactive online science lessons tailored to homeschooling students.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing lesson plans
- Providing individual and group support during live classes
- Assessing student progress
- Ensuring students meet learning objectives
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge in Science Education and familiarity with current KS3 and KS4 curriculum
- Proficiency in related fields such as Mathematics to support interdisciplinary learning is desirable
- Qualified Teacher status
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Experience with online teaching is desirable, but not essential
- A passion for contributing to the success of homeschooling students and families
- A minimum of 2 years of experience of working in UK schools
