We have a brand new, fabulous opportunity for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join a growing, luxury travel organisation in south Manchester. This varied role will involve leading and executing our client’s marketing initiatives across B2B and B2C platforms, including planning and overseeing digital marketing campaigns, managing the public relations strategy and organising and participating in travel industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Our client’s ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing integrated marketing strategies, managing cross-functional campaigns, analysing performance metrics, and driving brand growth within a small business. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring creativity, leadership, and a data-driven mindset. Role of Travel Marketing Manager:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support business objectives and drive growth
- Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, Paid Social, email, content marketing, and social media
- Manage marketing budget and allocate resources across campaigns effectively
- Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize campaign impact
- Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify opportunities and threats
- Monitor campaign performance using KPIs, ROI metrics, and analytics tools; generate reports to inform decision-making
- Oversee content development, including blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials
- Manage the Public Relations Strategy
- Lead and mentor a small marketing team and manage external agencies
- Organise and participate in industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities
