We\’re looking for an experienced travel administration executive to join a fast paced and very friendly travel organisation based in Leeds, on a full time basis. Working closely with the General Manager and the homeworking team, the successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including processing tickets, checking bookings and responding to email enquiries from customers and the sales team. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, along with a pro-active approach and good attention to detail and in return, our client can offer a competitive salary plus excellent benefits, so if this role is of interest to you, please apply online. Role of Travel Administration Support Executive: * Quality checking all the booking elements prior to sending out booking confirmations * Processing and chasing tickets * Confirmation/cancellation invoice check and send * Correct and amend existing bookings * After sales including processing refunds * Assisting in the loading of bookings at busy sales periods * Responding to email queries from customers and our homeworking team members * Oversee balance reports and collate staff sales and incentive payments * Assisting the General Manager with adhoc business tasks and projects Skills required for the role: * 12 months experience gained within a similar travel admin role * Working well on your own initiative, and as a team player * Strong attention to detail and to be able to work in a busy environment, working under pressure * PC literate and ability to use reservations and website booking systems to download and process bookings.
