We are looking for a passionate and commercially minded individual for the growing river cruise sector. This is an exciting role for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, negotiating exclusive deals, and driving commercial performance.

You will work directly with river cruise line partners to develop growth strategies, create compelling products and packages, and increase brand visibility. Combining commercial trading, marketing planning, and supplier management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client’s river cruise business.

Working alongside the Trading Director and Head of Commercial, you will help shape commercial strategies, develop exclusive offers, and create impactful marketing campaigns that drive growth across our cruise portfolio. As the supplier-facing ambassadors of the brand, the team represents the business at industry events, meetings, and key trade partnerships.

Previous experience in a similar commercial role within the river cruise/cruise sector is required for the role, along with strong negotiation and relationship building skills. In return, our client can offer a highly competitive salary, plus excellent benefits. This is a Monday to Friday role and will be remote, with regular visits to head office.
