We have a brand new, fabulous opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join a leading Tour Operator. As a Product Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the company’s inventory is commercially optimized through effective sourcing and administration of destination, hotel, and auxiliary requirements. You’ll aim to maximize revenue, improve process efficiencies, and drive customer service excellence. Previous experience in a similar Product Management role within the travel industry is essential.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining relationships with suppliers and Tourist Boards.
  • Monitoring competitor activity and pricing.
  • Driving deals by monitoring sales for preferred and key partners.
  • Negotiating exclusive offers, incentives, and marketing deals with suppliers.
  • Managing all products within the department efficiently.
  • Organizing supplier meetings and liaising with the Training department.
  • Providing updates to sales teams and coordinating with Marketing and Aviation departments.
  • Handling supplier issues and complaints.
  • Representing the company at industry events.
  • Ensuring website and marketing content accuracy.
  • Managing contract loading and stop sales updates.
  • Handling errata management.
