We are looking for experienced travel consultants who would love the opportunity to put their strong tailor-making skills to good use! If you are an expert in designing bespoke travel itineraries, whilst providing exceptional levels of customer service, please get in touch! From fully bespoke, tailor-made long haul travel itineraries, to city breaks and everything in between, our client is committed to providing unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experiences and are now looking for a travel industry sales professional, who shares their passion for curating the ultimate holiday!
In return, our client can offer an attractive package with a competitive basic salary of up to £30k plus a generous bonus structure and other travel industry benefits.
Role of Travel Consultant:
- Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Creating bespoke, tailor-made holidays to include worldwide destinations, city breaks and cruise holidays
- Offering excellent customer service, guiding your client, whilst building strong relationships
- Offering first-hand knowledge and destination advice
Skills required for the role:
- Previous experience in a tailor-made travel reservations role - essential
- Retail travel or tour operations background
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent Worldwide geographical and product knowledge
- Able to work with autonomy and offering a pro-active approach
- Confident and engaging personality
