We have a fabulous opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading online cruise agencies as a Specialist Cruise Consultant, in which you'll not only benefit from fantastic earning potential but will have the chance to choose your own working hours!

The role offers:

  • A highly competitive salary plus uncapped commission - average OTE is £60k
  • Top sellers earning £100k plus
  • Commission is paid monthly when booking is made

Role of Specialist Cruise Consultant:

  • Handling both telephone calls and web enquiries
  • Selling cruise holidays across all cruise lines inc. 6* and river
  • Tailor-making cruise and stay packages
  • Upselling and booking ancillary products where appropriate
  • Offering exceptional customer service, expert advice and personal recommendations
  • Working to and achieving sales targets

Skills required for the role:

  • Recent cruise sales experience and/or strong tailormade tour operations experience
  • Good personal cruise experience would be a huge advantage
  • Confident & engaging telephone manner
  • Genuine interest and desire to specialise in the cruise sector
  • Proven sales/profit generated track record
  • Tenacious and pro-active approach to sales with an ability to "close" the sale
