Are you an experienced luxury travel consultant with a passion for crafting exceptional journeys? Do you have expertise in selling luxury ocean and river cruise lines such as Regent, Seabourn, Silversea and Uniworld? If so, we would love to hear from you as we recruit for some brand-new roles with a leading luxury Tour Operator!
This exciting role will focus on both luxury ocean and river cruises as well as high-end land-based holidays across Europe, the Middle East and the Indian Ocean. If you have a strong background in luxury cruise sales but lack land-based travel experience, our client is happy to support your learning and development. However, if you’re already a specialist in cruise and land holidays, then even better!
In return, they can offer a competitive salary of £25k plus a generous bonus structure, excellent travel industry benefits, a 7pm latest finish time and just one in three weekends!
Role of Luxury Travel & Cruise Specialist:
- Design and sell tailor-made luxury travel experiences, including high-end cruises and land-based holidays
- Build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their needs and expectations
- Meet and exceed sales targets, using your expertise to drive revenue growth
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and offerings in luxury travel and cruising
- Work independently with a strong sense of ownership while being part of a supportive team
Skills required for the role:
- Proven luxury travel sales experience - whether in cruise, land-based holidays or both - essential
- Strong knowledge of luxury ocean and river cruise lines highly desirable
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-orientated mindset
- Organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering top-tier customer service
- Willingness to expand expertise into luxury land-based holidays if primarily experienced in cruise sales
