Are you an experienced Cruise Sales Manager looking for your next role? Due to another record-breaking year and the continued growth of the Cruise Sales team, our client, one of the UK’s leading cruise specialist companies, is looking for an experienced Cruise Sales Manager to join their Cruise Management team. Our client’s ideal candidate will be a great salesperson and coach, ready to lead by example. Finding ways to engage, inspire and communicate to bring out the best in people. You’ll be a great communicator, approachable, confident and friendly, promoting open and honest feedback.
On offer is a salary of £32,000 plus bonus structure and excellent benefits. Working hours are Monday to Sunday, 37.5 hours per week on a rota basis.
Role of a Cruise Sales Manager:
- Daily online lead monitoring, distribution and call flow management
- Continual monitoring of team enquiries, bookings and conversion
- Maximising sales potential, monitoring and coaching sales team
- Communicating sales aims, targets and achievements
- Support sales team with pre-post sales questions, queries and escalations
- Performance Management including feedback and 121s
- Analyse and ensure fundamental KPI's, compliance and best practice of your team are delivered
- Call listening and coaching/feedback sessions
- Building and promoting long-lasting relationships with colleagues and internal/external partners
- Encourage good communication flow between departments
- Training needs analysis
Skills required for the role:
- Recent experience of cruise sales management in a similar role
- An approachable people person who can lead by example
- Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment whilst under pressure
- Have in depth knowledge of cruise products, brand awareness, campaigns and promotion
- Confidence with technology including excel, word, Isell, Itour and other software systems
- Be highly motivated, confident and professional and enjoy encouraging people to succeed
- The ability to learn and implement new and varied complex tasks effectively and quickly
