Join a leading Tour Operator as a Cruise Product Executive! If you’re proactive and detail-oriented, looking for a new opportunity within the cruise sector, we’d love to hear from you! This role involves assisting in market research, product planning, promotional strategy, and coordination with internal departments to drive product success and growth with our client’s partners. Proven experience in a similar role is essential. Our client offers a starting salary of circa £28,000 plus excellent benefits. Responsibilities:
- Work with Cruise suppliers to find the best deals for the market
- Identify and develop great products for all marketing channels including Social Media, Eshots, brochures, mailers, and websites
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing
- Ensure products are built following correct processes and are accurate
- Communicate key campaigns from suppliers to marketing and sales teams, ongoing and in monthly round-ups
- Keep websites updated with current offers, campaigns, and sales messages
- Maintain an up-to-date marketing plan with supplier activity and funding
- Follow up with suppliers on daily issues
- Prepare commercial reports for month-end and YTD sales
Skills Required:
- Excellent knowledge of Cruise products and industry awareness
- Proven product experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Attention to detail (email/social media wording, proofreading)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
