Are you a Travel industry professional with expertise in long haul, Worldwide travel? Do you enjoy tailor-making bespoke travel itineraries, whilst providing exceptional levels of customer service?
If so, we have some brand new Tailor-made Travel Consultant roles, handling enquiries for niche Worldwide destinations, designing bespoke holidays and offering first-hand knowledge and advice. Award-winning creators of fully bespoke, tailor-made itineraries, our client is committed to providing unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experiences and are now looking for travel industry sales professionals, who share their passion for curating the ultimate holiday!
The role will suit those with previous experience of creating and tailoring holidays and who have expert knowledge of long-haul destinations including Australasia, SE Asia, Middle East and the Caribbean. Personal travel to these regions would be hugely advantageous.
In return, they can offer an attractive package with a competitive basic salary up to £30k DOE plus a monthly bonus structure and other travel industry benefits.
Role of Worldwide Tailor-made Travel Consultant:
- Responding to telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Creating bespoke, tailor-made holidays to Worldwide destinations
- Offering excellent customer service throughout the process
- Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Offering first-hand knowledge and destination advice
Skills required for the role:
- Previous experience in a tailor-made travel reservations role - essential
- GDS experience would be an advantage
- Strong sales skills – ability to meet monthly sales targets
- Excellent Worldwide geographical and product knowledge
- Ability to deliver high levels of customer service and accuracy
