We have a fabulous opportunity for a detail orientated, Accounts & Admin Assistant to join a leading travel organisation, in a fully home-based role.
This position has a strong focus on invoicing and will suit travel industry professionals with a high level of attention, strong IT skills to detail and ideally, some GDS experience.
This is a Mon – Fri role, 9am to 5.30pm or 9.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and offers a competitive salary of £26k plus benefits.

Role of Travel Accounts & Admin Assistant:
- Daily Invoicing
- Admin work including reports, housekeeping on systems
- Registrations / New accounts
- Working remotely as part of a small and friendly team
- Providing support to other team members as required
Skills required for the role:
- Strong IT skills including keyboard skills and experience of using the Microsoft Office suite
- Previous travel industry experience
- High level of attention to detail
- GDS skills would be preferred – Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo
- Ability to work well with autonomy
