Ahoy cruise lovers! Are you ready to embark on your next adventure and sail into this amazing Cruise Consultant role, working for one of the UK’s top Tour Operators? If you have the sea legs to work from home and have the creativity to tailor make holidays, then jump on board!

On offer is:

  • A basic salary of up to £26,000 plus commission
  • Mon – Sat working week on a rota basis
  • Working hours of 9am – 6pm
  • All equipment required will be provided

Our client is looking for ship shape candidates who have sold cruises previously with a cross section of cruise lines. It’s essential you have cruise sales experience, accustomed to selling B2B and ideally, with recent GDS experience. You should be on board with tailor-making cruise & stay holidays offering personal recommendations.

Role of Tour Ops Cruise Consultant:

  • Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Creating bespoke, tailor-made cruise holidays to a variety of worldwide destinations
  • Offering excellent customer service, whilst building strong relationships with new and existing Travel Agents
  • Offering first-hand knowledge and destination advice

Skills required for the role:

  • Previous cruise sales experience - essential
  • GDS experience would be an advantage
  • Experienced in tailor-making itineraries
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Experience of working B2B
  • Confident and pro-active telephone manner
