As a Travel Retention Executive, you’ll be responsible for reconnecting with existing and inactive customers, understanding their travel needs and creating opportunities for future bookings.

Role of Travel Retention Executive
- Proactively contacting existing and inactive customers via outbound calls and email campaigns.
- Re-engaging customers by discussing destinations, holiday ideas and relevant travel offers.
- Building strong relationships and understanding customers’ travel preferences, budgets and future holiday plans.
- Identifying opportunities to turn customer conversations into future bookings.
- Understanding why customers may have booked elsewhere and capturing valuable feedback to help improve the customer experience.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and activity using the CRM system.
- Delivering a professional, friendly and personalised customer experience.
- Working towards and achieving individual KPIs and performance targets.
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to wider team and business objectives.
