We have a brand new, fabulous opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join a leading Tour Operator.
As a Product Manager you’re the key to the success of our client’s inventory and you’ll be responsible for ensuring they’re commercially best placed in the market through effective sourcing and administration of their destination, hotel and auxiliary requirements. You’ll ensure maximum revenue protection, process efficiencies and drive excellence in customer service.
Previous experience in a similar Product Management role within the travel industry is essential for the position and in return, our client can offer a salary circa £40k plus excellent benefits.

Role of Product Manager:
- Maintaining consistent relationships with suppliers and Tourist Boards.
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing.
- Monitor sales for preferred and key partners to drive deals.
- Negotiate exclusive offer deals and incentives and marketing deals with suppliers.
- Manage the efficient running of all products within the department.
- Arrange and attend supplier meetings and liaise with Training department to organise training requirements.
- Provide offer and supplier updates to the sales teams.
- Provide all holiday and hotel offers for marketing and liaise with Marketing/Aviation Departments.
- Follow up with suppliers on day-to-day supplier related issues and complaints.
- Attend industry events on behalf of the company.
- Monitor company websites and e-shots for accuracy and relevance.
- Oversee loading/management of direct contracts into company system and ensure that stop sales are kept up to date.
