We have a fabulous opportunity to join one of the UK's leading online cruise agencies as a Cruise Specialist, in which you'll benefit from a £2,000 "Golden Hello" bonus and have the chance to choose your own working hours! This is a fully remote role and will involve 5 days training at our client's head office, all expenses paid.
Recent cruise sales experience across all cruise lines is essential for the role and on offer is:
- A guaranteed salary of £25k plus uncapped commission - top sellers in August have earned anything from £7k - £10k bonus!
- Ability to choose your own working hours
- Guaranteed fam trip in the first 12 months
Role of Specialist Cruise Consultant:
- Handling both telephone calls and web enquiries
- Selling cruise holidays across all cruise lines including 6* and river
- Tailor-making cruise and stay packages
- Upselling and booking ancillary products where appropriate
- Offering exceptional customer service, expert advice and personal recommendations
- Working to and achieving sales targets
Our client can offer:
- A guaranteed salary of £25k plus uncapped earning potential (£50k+) - top sellers earning £100k+
- Commission is paid monthly when booking is made
- All quality leads and laptop/headset are provided for you

- Flexible Hours for a great work/life balance (minimum 37.5 hours per week) - set your own hours to suit you

Requirements:
- Recent cruise sales experience across a range of cruise lines - essential
- Good personal cruise experience would be a huge advantage
- Genuine interest and desire to specialise in the cruise sector
- Proven sales/profit generated track record
- Tenacious and pro-active approach to sales with an ability to "close" the sale
- Previous experience of working from home would be an advantage but isn’t essential
- Quiet space or spare room from which to work
