We're looking for cruise sales professionals with experience of selling high end, luxury, tailor made cruise holidays wanting to work for a small but mighty team! Working for this award winning, independent cruise agency, you’ll be a master at creating bespoke hand-picked itineraries, whilst delivering exceptional levels of customer service!
Our client's ideal candidate will have experience in selling ultra-luxury cruise lines such as Regent, Oceania, Seabourn, Silversea and Explora, along with exceptional service delivery skills and ideally, good knowledge of the cruise sector as a whole.
On offer is:
- A competitive salary plus uncapped commission OTE £65k - £70k
- Mon – Sunday working on a rota basis
- Working hours from 7am – 8pm on a rota basis
- Benefits including Fam trips, a day off on your birthday, private medical health care and incentives
Role of Cruise Sales Specialist:
- Selling cruise holidays for high end cruise lines
- Tailor making cruise holidays for customers, adding flights, hotel stays, land tours and excursions
- Building rapport with new & existing customers
- Delivering high levels of customer service
- Offering expert advice and personal recommendations
Skills required for the role:
- Previous luxury cruise sales experience - essential
- Experience with tailor-making cruise packages - essential
- Confident and pro-active telephone manner
- Strong sales ability and customer focused approach
- Flexible approach to working hours
