If you’re a dynamic, highly driven sales professional looking for an opportunity to break into the travel sector, we have the perfect role for you! Our client, a leading, global Cruise specialist based in Swindon, are looking to expand their team of cruise sales advisors and are willing to offer full training to those who can demonstrate a passion for the cruise or travel sector, along with strong sales skills!
On offer is a salary of £25k, plus uncapped commission (£60k + OTE), travel discounts, opportunities to work in their overseas offices, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, regular company events and much more!
Role of Cruise Travel Sales Advisor:
- To service inbound sales calls and understand the customers’ needs, build rapport and offer expert cruise and land holiday solutions
- Provide excellent service adapting the approach taken for each call.
- Create fantastic customer engagement, understand the customer’s requirements, pitch and close the sale
- Meeting, or exceeding, company KPI’s
- Produce accurate administration work to complete booking process
- Work pro-actively as part of a small team within a large department of Sales Advisors bringing energy and drive to a fast moving and dynamic environment
Skills required for the role:
- Highly motivated sales person who is results orientated
- Proven sales history with the ability to hit company KPI’s
- Ability to identify with customers, establish rapport and build relationships
- Highly organised approach and attention to detail
- Has the ability to thrive under pressure
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Flexible in approach and able to work weekends and extended or additional hours to suit business requirements.
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and the internet.
- Cruise / travel industry / call centre experience is an advantage but not essential
