About The Role
You may currently be a Catering Manager, Store Manager, Restaurant Manager, or an experienced Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Deputy Manager seeking career progression. If you have management experience in a fast-paced retail environment, we want to hear from you!
You will be responsible for the success of your store β from sales and profitability to delivering excellent customer service and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Recruitment, induction, and training/development of staff in line with Subway\βs standards β lead by example!
- Creating and managing staff schedules
- Checking deliveries, matching orders, and handling daily banking
- Preparing paperwork related to stock and sales, employee pay, and timesheets
- Managing cash balances and minimizing wastage
- Ensuring 100% compliance with Subway and local council guidelines
- Inventory management and stock control, including weekly stock takes and reporting
- Analyzing weekly sales and inventory reports to improve business performance
- Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation
- Implementing in-store marketing materials and point-of-purchase displays in line with campaigns
- Following safety procedures to prevent injuries
- Providing a safe environment for employees and customers
- Promoting high customer service standards among staff
- Handling escalated customer complaints
- Delivering high standards of service regarding products, sales, inquiries, and catering to customer needs
