Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Recruitment, induction, training, and development of staff in line with Subway standards.
  • Creating and managing staff schedules.
  • Checking deliveries, matching orders, and handling daily banking.
  • Preparing paperwork related to stock and sales, and managing employee pay and timesheets.
  • Managing cash balances and minimizing wastage.
  • Ensuring 100% compliance with Subway and local guidelines.
  • Inventory management and stock control, including weekly stock takes and reporting.
  • Analyzing sales and inventory reports to improve business performance.
  • Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
  • Implementing in-store marketing materials and campaigns.
