We are searching for a Senior Analyst, Business Systems to support our EMEA team on a 12 month contract with possible extension. The Senior Analyst acts as the technical bridge between restaurant operations, menu management platforms, third‑party delivery providers (e.g. Just Eat, Deliveroo, Uber Eats), and Point of Sale (POS) systems. Embedded within the Service Management team, this role ensures accurate, timely, and stable configuration, integration, and ongoing operation of digital ordering and menu ecosystems across the restaurant portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical translation of menu, pricing, product, and promotional requirements into menu management, aggregator, and POS systems.
  • Configure, maintain, and validate menu integrations between internal systems and third‑party delivery platforms.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for delivery aggregators and menu technology vendors.
  • Ensure consistency of menus, pricing, availability, and modifiers across all digital and in‑restaurant channels.
  • Support incident and problem management related to digital ordering, menu sync, and POS integration issues.
  • Troubleshoot integration errors, data mismatches, and order flow issues across platforms.
  • Support onboarding of new restaurants, brands, or delivery partners.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Digital, Marketing, POS, and Integration teams to support menu changes and launches.
  • Maintain clear documentation of configurations, interfaces, and operational procedures.
  • Proactively identify improvement opportunities to reduce errors, manual effort, and operational impact.

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong understanding of QSR restaurant technology and operational workflows, including:
    • Payments: authorization/capture, settlement, reconciliation, refunds/chargebacks, device/terminal considerations, compliance awareness.
    • 3PD/Aggregators: menu sync, item availability, pricing parity, order injection to POS, cancellation flows, throttling/pausing, outage procedures.

Additional Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
