About the Role: The Operations Execution & Training Manager manages the execution of large-scale programs and initiatives to franchisees, restaurant teams, and field operations teams in EMEA. This role works closely with Field Operations to organize and implement the delivery of information and key programs through in-person and virtual training events and program deployments, including but not limited to: certification programs for franchisees and restaurants, new product launches, and performance improvement trainings.

Responsibilities include but are not to limited to:
- Execute delivery and facilitation of programs and trainings (including but not limited to new product launches and new initiatives) to train field operations teams and franchisees. Proactively partner with business leaders (field operations/HQ/wider Ops Strategy team) on areas of opportunity to tailor volume of learning interactions by need, per region/market to support business goals.
- Execute pre- and post-launch preparation, follow up, and validation activities for various programs/launches (including but not limited to launches of new training programs, technology, systems, marketing windows and products).
- Assess ongoing performance and needs and use findings to identify and follow up on performance gaps, and assess effectiveness of delivery methods to support L&D enhancement of materials and future training. Support content development for use in delivery, facilitation, and training activities to ensure regional effectiveness and adoption.
- Maintain regular cadence of communication with field, operations and internal teams. Provide insights and findings for use in improving methodology, performance, and execution.
Skills and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- Must have 5-8 years of experience in restaurant operations and high understanding of off premise knowledge
- Have current, working knowledge of the foodservice industry restaurant & digital sales channels
- Have experience working with, training & coaching restaurant & field teams across large geographies.
- Experience in Curriculum design, Learning Needs Analysis, Leadership development, Personal Development and Customer Experience
- Have relentless drive to improve processes, procedures & performance, always operating with speed & agility.
- Strong commercial acumen, highly articulate in understanding, communicating & enhancing Franchisee profitability.
- Have excellent teamworking, management, written collaboration, verbal communication & presentation skills
- Team management & leadership experience of remote teams.
- Highly detail-orientated and hands-on
- Have a high comfort level of navigating emerging trends in both training systems, sales channels both within and outside of the industry to identify how they can benefit the Subway system
- Travel Requirement: 60%
- English is a must, any additional is a plus
